Dr. Kun-Ta Chuang is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering at National Cheng Kung University (NCKU), Director of the Center for E-Life Digital Technology Research (CREDIT Center), and Deputy Executive Director of the Health Service and Digital Innovation Promotion Office at NCKU. Dr. Chuang has long been dedicated to fostering collaboration between industry and academia, both domestically and internationally, to drive innovation and talent development. His research focuses on data management, artificial intelligence, and blockchain technology, with applications in healthcare, energy services, smart cities, and low-carbon living.

莊坤達博士目前擔任成功大學資工系副教授、成功大學數位生活科技研發中心主任以及成大健康服務暨數位創新推動辦公室副執行長，並在行政院國科會科技辦公室擔任科技政策諮詢專家室領域專家。此外，他也是台南市研考委員以及教育部大專院校數位證書中心計畫的主持人。莊教授長期致力於促進國內外產學研合作，共同推動創新應用與人才培育，並積極促成中央與地方在科技議題上的串聯。他的研究重點涵蓋資料分析、人工智慧技術、區塊鏈技術，並將這些技術應用於健康醫療、能源服務、智慧城市和低碳生活等領域。
