Time / Place:

⏱️ 09/27 (Fri.) 16:00-16:30 at R0 - International Conference Hall

Abstract:

In Taiwan, the integration of AI in the manufacturing industry is rapidly advancing, driven by the need for increased efficiency, automation, and competitiveness in the global market. Companies are leveraging AI technologies such as predictive maintenance, quality control, and intelligent automation to optimize production processes. However, the demand for skilled talent capable of developing and applying AI solutions remains a challenge. Taiwan is addressing this by enhancing talent cultivation programs, particularly in universities and technical institutes, to meet the industry’s needs. This includes fostering interdisciplinary skills that combine AI expertise with manufacturing knowledge, ensuring that Taiwan remains at the forefront of smart manufacturing.
